EUIPO online application fees are €850 for the first class, €50 for the second, and €150 for each additional class. These government fees are separate from MARQ’s USD attorney fee and payable before filing. No currency conversion or EUIPO government fee is included in today’s checkout.

Buying a package does not file any application. Start each mark from Prepaid Credits, then complete its EUIPO intake. Government fees, separately agreed representative charges, oppositions and appeals are not included.
