Trademark Monitoring
Registration is not the finish line. Our watch scans the USPTO federal register and common-law sources for conflicts with your mark and alerts you early — before somebody else builds a brand on your name.
$99 / year · from
What we watch
- New USPTO applications that conflict with your mark
- Similar marks published for opposition, and the opposition window
- State business registries — somebody incorporating under your name
- Domain registrations and marketplace listings using your name
Two tiers
Both watch the same sources. The difference is whether a person looks at what turns up.

We watch, and we tell you. You get an alert with the details as each potential conflict surfaces, and you decide what to do about it.
Start monitoringWith attorney review
$199 / year
Everything above, and a licensed U.S. attorney reviews every flagged conflict and writes you a plain-English read: whether it is a real threat to your mark, and what your options are.
Add attorney reviewWhat monitoring does not include
Monitoring finds conflicts and — on the attorney tier — tells you what they mean. Acting on one is separate work, quoted before anything is filed: a letter of protest to the USPTO is $499 plus the $150 USPTO fee at cost. Oppositions, cancellations, enforcement and litigation are contested matters we do not take — we will point you to a vetted trademark litigator instead.
Both tiers renew annually and can be cancelled before renewal. No watch catches everything; monitoring reduces risk, it does not eliminate it.
