- EUIPO-led comprehensive clearance report
- Applicant and exact mark details, goods/services and class selection
- Application language selection and any applicable priority or seniority claim
- Application preparation, filing coordination, portal documents and filing receipt
Before filing
Complete the EUIPO intake and provide any logo and supporting claim documents. US use-in-commerce dates and USPTO specimens are not EUIPO application requirements. Select goods/services by class that accurately describe your products.
Applicants outside the European Economic Area generally need a qualified EUIPO representative after application. MARQ will confirm the representation arrangement and any separately agreed charges before filing; US attorney admission alone is not EUIPO qualification. Oppositions, appeals and disputes are separately scoped.
