MARQ Trademarks Privacy Notice

Marq Legal LLC, doing business as MARQ Trademarks ("MARQ," "we," "us," or "our"), provides attorney-led trademark services, a client portal, and related online resources. This notice explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our portals, contact us, or purchase a service.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, telephone number if supplied, business and trademark details, goods or services, account credentials, messages, documents, payment/order information, and information needed to perform the service you request. For a legal service, this may include information about the proposed mark, owner, use, filing basis, specimens, and communications concerning your matter.
We also collect limited technical and usage information when you use the site, such as device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referral information, cookie or similar-technology identifiers, and interactions with our forms. We use service providers for hosting, database and account services, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and advertising measurement. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
How we use information

Information submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office may become part of the public record. We do not control the USPTO's handling of information once it is submitted to that agency.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. MARQ does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy notice and contractual terms.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising technology
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, understand usage, measure advertising, and improve our services. Depending on your browser and settings, analytics and advertising providers may receive technical and event information from your use of the site. You can manage many cookie preferences through your browser settings and may be able to use provider-specific controls to manage interest-based advertising.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal and professional obligations, and enforce agreements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law, professional obligations, and the limits of our systems. Children's privacy
MARQ's services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
