MARQ files trademarks. For infringement, enforcement, litigation, oppositions and cancellations, these are the firms we point our clients to.

Every firm in the MARQ Recommended Attorney Network is independently vetted before it can join — active bar licence in good standing, a demonstrated trademark practice, no public disciplinary record, and current professional liability insurance. Members pay a flat monthly membership fee to be part of the network. MARQ receives no share of any fee you pay an attorney, and is paid nothing for making a referral.
