You do your own analysis. You do not need us to explain the results to your client — you need the search, fast, at a price that works when you run a lot of them.
What you get
- The same searches we run for our own clients. Federal register via USPTO, or the full comprehensive sweep — 51 state business registries, domains, social handles, TTAB proceedings and marketplace listings.
- Run them in the portal — pick the search, run it, read the result, download the report.
- Or call them from your own software. Generate an API key and integrate clearance search into your site or case-management system.
- Your own analysis, not ours. We return the evidence and our conflict read; the opinion is yours to write.
What it costs
This is the professional rate, for practising attorneys. It is not the consumer price — our retail clearance search is $149 because it includes attorney review and a written opinion for a lay client. You are buying the search.

Volume tiers apply to the calendar month's search count on the account. A search is priced at the tier the account is in when it runs; searches already billed are not re-priced.
