Each class of goods/services is a separate USPTO government filing fee ($350/class, billed at cost). Most brands register in a single class — add more only if you sell across distinct categories.

Custom wording: an additional USPTO fee For Section 1 or 44 applications, free-form goods/services wording instead of ID Manual entries adds $200 per affected class in USPTO fees, on top of the base filing fee. This is a government fee, not an additional MARQ attorney fee.
The USPTO also charges $200 for each additional group of 1,000 characters beyond the first 1,000 in an affected class. That length fee is not included in the optional $200 prepayment. Your team will confirm the wording and any remaining fees before filing.
