The Madrid System is not worldwide registration. You need a basic application or registration and an eligible connection to your Office of origin. Each designated jurisdiction decides protection under its laws. The international scope cannot exceed the basic mark.

4. Complete remaining intake and upload documents in your portal.

Government fees are an estimate collected in USD, not a fixed all-inclusive price. MARQ will reconcile actual filing fees and currency conversion before filing, request any shortfall, and refund unused funds. No application is filed by purchasing this service.

Oppositions, provisional-refusal responses, appeals and local-counsel work are separate engagements unless specifically included in your bill.
